I lead large-scale hotel operations at one of the nation's most complex convention and airline-driven properties, where guest experience, revenue protection, and operational precision must align every single day.

As Front Desk Manager at the 1,300-room Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, I oversee high-volume front office operations, airline crew blocks, VIP and group movements, and cross-department coordination that directly impacts occupancy flow, billing accuracy, and brand reputation.

Under my leadership, guest satisfaction has improved by over 25%, while onboarding time was reduced by 40% through training systems and performance frameworks I designed. My role sits at the intersection of people leadership, process optimization, and financial discipline — ensuring that service excellence is not just delivered, but sustained at scale.

Beyond hotel operations, I bring the perspective of a founder and operator.
