And systems are something I've spent years building, breaking, and rebuilding — at one of the largest hotels in the United States. As the operations leader overseeing front-office systems at the 1,300-room Galt House Hotel — with airline crew contracts across UPS, American, FedEx, and Mesa — I didn't just manage operations. I engineered them.
I built workflows, automated reporting, reduced onboarding time by 40%, and drove a 25% improvement in guest satisfaction — not through heroics, but through infrastructure.
